My Personal Wellness

Plan

Physical activity Goal


My physical activity goal was to run 30 minutes a day
everyday for 3 weeks. I choose this goal because I wanted
to remain healthy and lose weight. I monitored my goal by
using a fitness tracker and I evaluated this goal by
checking my to see a difference in my weight every week.
Week 1, 170Ibs
Week 3, 155Ibs

Week 2, 160Ibs

Community Health Goal


For my community health goal I choose to clean up two
bags of trash from the Bucknell Manor park every
Sunday for one month. I coose this goal because I
noticed the there was a lot of trash pilling up at the
park. I monitored this goal creating calendar and
marking the days I went to pick up trash. I evaluated
this goal b y asking regular visitors to the park if they
noticed any change in the trash.

Healthy Eating Goal


My goal for healthy eating was to eat a dark green
vegetable(spinach, broccoli, lettuce, and etc.) every day
this week. I choose this goal because I was not getting
enough dark green veggies in my diet. I monitored this
goal by keeping a food log of what I ate for the 3rd week
December.
