was held on 14 October 2014 at 11:15 AM in Room No

The following decisions were made after discussion:

All faculty members/staff

should ensure timely attendance according to the University

rules.

who want to avail their leave should submit approved leave

application forms in the Coordination

In case of any emergency faculty member/staff

should timely inform to the HOD or

for their emergency leave. On next working

day they must submit approved leave application form in the Coordination

Office for record.

4. Tuesday will be the working day for all faculty members. No faculty member is allowed to
off.
