Evaluation of the Project

This project was evaluated by all the CSA officers. The project was an overall
success but there were still some problems during the preparation, on the actual election itself
and throughout the Year Organization Election process. Here are some of the things that need
improvements, problems that have been encountered during that specific task and possible
solutions and factors that may help in avoiding these difficulties again and again:
Things that needs improvements
Problem
Orientation of Year Org Some Year Org Candidates
Candidates
that are officially registered
are not included on the
excuse slip.
Actual Voting of the Student Some directions/instructions
Body
were not strictly followed.
Rules in Voting
Not all rules were announced
properly. Some rules that
were not included were
announced
while
the
students were voting.
Details/Information in Ballots
Complaints about names
needed to be written
resulting to arguments about
biased counts of votes.
Tallying of Votes

Wrong counts were noticed

after a short while and
another checking was to be
made.

Internal Elections

A chaotic rampage of noise

was gathered and it was a
total mess.

Solution
A day or two after the
deadline of submission of
registration for Year Org,
double check the list of
names.
Be strict to violators and do
the punishment/consequence.
Make sure that everyone who
goes to classrooms for the
election has a copy of rules
that are needed to be
announced and clarified.
Remove
any
personal
information on the ballot itself
so as to maintain the
orderliness of the tallying of
votes.
Properly count the votes,
assign two people to tally the
votes, then another two people
to double check, then another
two people to triple check if
necessary.
Permit two places, namely
AVR and Conference Hall, to
lessen the noise and mess.
Make sure that therell be no
conflict with another who
permits the same venue at the
same time.
