1 If the difference between actual and expected medians is more than 3 then h/c needs reviewing and possible adjustment
A diifference of 3 to 5, change h/c by one; difference of more than 5, change h/c by 2
2 If a player is flagged for increase then, h/c at end must be greater than the h/c at start
3 The results above are for guidance ONLY to aid the h/c committee make the final deicsion
4 The medians are for s'ford scores after CSS adjustment
5 If GPA has been applied to a player, his scores prior to GPA are adjusted to refelect the GPA adjustment
6 The expected median is calculated by what is assumed to be the method used by CONGU
