Dear Ms. de la Carriere:

I represent the Church of Scientology Western United States, which includes the
Church of Scientology American Saint Hill Organization (Church). A security
investigation has revealed that you are a co-conspirator and aider and abettor with a
woman presently named Lia Kea, aka Yuliya Keaton,Yuliya Keanova, Yuliya (Julia)
Muniz and Yuliya Mashkovtseka (Kea.)
Kea has confessed that she provided to you various materials stolen from the
Church, both in the form of documents, recordings and documents downloaded from
Church computer systems. She also confessed that you, among other persons, coordinated
these thefts and acts of espionage with her.
We demand that you return all of the stolen property in your possession, including
all hard copy and digital copies of downloaded information, records, photographs,
documents, pamphlets, books, and all other materials given to you by Kea, and state to
whom any copies were provided.
If you refuse or fail to return these stolen materials to my office by 1:00 pm,
Wednesday June 6, 2013, we will take appropriate legal action without further notice.
