22nd Philippine Nihongo Teachers Forum: Registration Form

Dear Sir/Madam:
We are pleased to invite you to the 22nd Philippine Nihongo Teachers Forum, a project of the Association of
Filipino Nihongo Teachers (AFINITE) in cooperation with The Japan Foundation, Manila and the UP Department of
Linguistics which will be held on November 14-15, 2015 (Sat & Sun), at Palma Hall 400, College of Social
Science and Philosophy, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. The program details will be
sent via e-mail.
The goal of this seminar is to enhance our teaching techniques and strategies to help us become better and
competitive Japanese Language Teachers. For this reason, ONLY teachers of the Japanese Language are
allowed to attend this years forum which has the theme, RETHINKING AND INNOVATING ASSESSMENT
TOOLS FOR NIHONGO CLASSES.
To help us in the preparation, especially for the groupings for our activities, we request that you kindly accomplish and
submit to us the registration form below no later than October 23, 2015 together with the registration fee (inclusive
of meals 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 3 snacks, and a forum kit):

Non-AFINITE Members:
