COMPLAINT ABOUT SCOTTISH POWER

I have fully reviewed your correspondence. My understanding of the complaint is that you
originally contacted Scottish Power on the 25 July 2009 to advise them that you suspected the
meter reading was incorrect. Since this issue there have been a number of other issues that
have arisen from this initial complaint. Therefore, as I can link all of your issues to this initial
complaint, only one form can be completed. All aspects of your complaint, however, will be
looked at by the Investigation Officer.
