We would like to take this opportunity to convey our heartfelt appreciation to them
whose blessing and cooperation was important to bring this report in light. First we
would like to pay our gratitude to the Almighty Allah who made each attempt fruitful.
Second, We want to express our gratitude to Ms. Noor-E-Hasnin (NeH) for her constant
and spontaneous support, efficient care and constructive recommendations and
suggestions regarding this report, which provided us the opportunity to prepare the
business report on the Aarong, Bangladesh. She advised us and guided us in our work
and was always very helpful and kind. We shall remain ever grateful to her for her kind
gesture and cordial guidance in completing the report.

Training team who has made us feel very comfortable from the very beginning till the
