In the middle of a piece of wood, draw a line at 180 degrees.


Place an additional piece of wood underneath your first piece
of wood (this is to protect the table when you drill).
Mark and drill 6 evenly spaced holes along your drawn line.

Mark and drill 6 different sized holes, evenly spaced along the
line.
Remember to place an additional piece of wood underneath
your first piece of wood to protect the table when you drill.
Find 6 different pieces of wood that will fit into each hole and
cannot easily be pulled out.

a little glue.

Drill a different sized hole at each mark.

Mark two straight lines on your wood that start exactly
opposite to each other and meet exactly in the middle at the
end of the wood.

Insert four screws halfway into the wood in each hole.

Mark two identical curved lines in your wood that start exactly
opposite on each other and meet exactly in the middle, at the
end of the wood.

Clamp the wood in a vice and cut along the two lines that
meet in the middle.
