Instuctions to be included into a daily bulletin


1. Mini personal project requirenments have been simplified and the booklets
in English and in Turkish have been uploaded to Moodle.
2. The students will be guided by the supervisors and the IT teachers during
the process as it is going to be done online.
3. Students will choose the supervisors and will start working on the project
when it is announced.
4. The process of choosing supervisors is as follows : Students are given a
selection form where they will write five subjects ( teachers ) and the kind
of project they would like to do. ( each HS teacher can work with 10
students at most ). Distributions will be done by the Hs administration.
5. Supervisors will pick a day and time during the breaks to meet with the
students to guide them with the projects . Students will be ready with the
assignments while attending the meeting with the supervisors.Supervisors
will report to the MYP coordinator monthly.
6. In case a student has some more questions which havent been clarified
during the meeting, he can post them to a supervisor via Moodle.
7. After each Stage the supervisors will write the feedback on the the
students progress online.
8. Student will follow the steps on the project timeline and will keep notes of
the projects process in his journal.
9. The way(soft or hard copy) of the final document submission will be
decided by a supervisor at the first meeting and announced to the
students.
10.The project documentation must be archived for the MEB inspection
purposes.
11.Supervisor will keep a record of a students readiness which will be
reflected in the final assessment criteria.
12.The grade of the project will be allocated to the discipline the student has
decided.
13.The student will assess himself/herself first, then the work and the process
will be assessed by a supervisor.
