HUDA letter No. HUDA.CCF.ACCTT-I- 2011/17904, dated 25.5.2011 and No. HUDA.CCF.ACCTT-I-2012/8211, dated 5.5.2012 on the subject cited above. 5 Now clarification has been issued by C.A., HUDA vide their letter No. HUDA.COF.ACCTT-1-2012/8211, dated 5.3.2012, under clause No. vi of the letter dated 25.5.2011, that cut of date is to be taken as 25.5.2011 instead of 10.1.2009 for rescheduling of installments and charging of interest thereon (normal 12% & penal 15%) on the deferredidelayed payment of installments etc. pertaining to UE, Faridabad as per the revised schedule of payment of enhanced EDC as under:- REVISED SCHEDULE FOR THE PAYMENT OF ENHANCED EDC UE FARIDABAD Ist Installment 24.06.2011 2" Installment: 24.12.2011 3" Installment 24.08.2012 4° installment 24.42.2012 In view of the above, revised demand notices will be issued to the concemed colonizers as per above schedule of payment of Enhanced EDC. It might be possible that some of the colonizers have recovered the EDC at old enhanced rates from the plotflat holders. Therefore, instructions may be issued to such colonizers of Faridabad to refund the excess amount to the plot holders due to reduction in the amount of enhanced EDC as per the revised instructions.
