This luxurious training camp is on the island of St Lucia, known worldwide for
its natural beauty. Guests will be spoiled with hours of calorie-burning, strengthbuilding challenges designed specifically for runners. Our stunning resort, Cap
Maison, is situated in one of the most desirable areas of St Lucia, surrounded
by tropical landscaped gardens, atop a scenic bluff, with a secluded beach below.
Cap Maison offers attentive service and supreme comfort to each and every guest.
As this is Valentines Day weekend, Mile High Run Club Coaches Debora Warner
and Laura Cozik will focus on how to Love Yourself through an abundance of
hardcore training, happiness lectures, delicious meals, bonding time during a
private yacht tour, and plenty of Chairmans Reserve rum!
Accommodations
Cap Maison is simply stunning. Guests spend 5 days atop
a private, ocean-front bluff, where magical sunsets take
place nightly over the clear blue waters of the Caribbean
Sea. Here luxury, elegance, and charm are combined with
uncompromising 5-star service.
Accommodations are wonderfully appointed and feature
either a king-size bed or two twin beds. MHRC also has
exclusive use of the owners house, with private pool, deck
and garden. Amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans,
flat screen TV, robes, mini bar, coffee maker, hair dryer, safe,
complimentary wifi, outdoor balcony/terrace for your comfort
and relaxation, and hand painted bathroom tiles.

Debora Warner
Founder & President,
Mile High Run Club
Debora is the Founder and Program Director of Mile
High Run Club in New York City. In the recent past
she coached hundreds of runners through her private
training business. Debora is an ACE certified group
fitness instructor and lifetime endurance athlete who
truly believes staying active and helping others is the
key to health and happiness. Her PR is 1:43 from
the 2012 More Womens Half Marathon in NYC, and
her Olympic distance triathlon PR is 2:33. Debora
is passionate about running and extremely excited
to now expand MHRC to include adventure travel for
fitness enthusiasts.
