SUBJECT :- Information under RTI act 2005

Applicability of Octroi
Dear Sir,
With reference to said mentioned subject , undersigned would request you to
please confirm us on the rule as per the Law of Octroi in case where
shipments/goods are brought into Mumbai municipal Corportation for use/further
sale etc :

Both amount , i.e. MRP Value and Invoice Value are mentioned on the tax
Invoice .( A Performa of the same is attached ).
On which amount the Octroi will be applicable , MRP Value or Invoice Value ?
as per the Law or Rule of Octroi .

Further Kindly do share the applicable notification or the reference of the Octroi
Act/Rule through which we could find its applicability ?
