Introduction
As you go through the chapters, you will realize that the concepts that you learned is very much related
to daily life experiences or even some point in your life. This assignment will allow you to increase your
awareness of the social psychological concepts that can be related or applied in your life.
Objectives of Project
The objectives of this project:

to gain awareness and sharpened sensitivity to human behavior and surroundings.


to be able to apply the concepts in life.

Learning Outcomes of this Project


On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to demonstrate the following:
apply psychological theories and concepts to their personal lives and of others.
understanding themselves and their interactions with others
Tasks - Methodology

You should carefully reflect on the event or experience based on the lectures. For example:
could you relate to todays learning? Did todays learning trigger any familiar experience from
the past?
You are required to submit two entries for each journal assignments.
All written entries should be approximately 1.5 to 2 double spaced (paragraph).
You may include an image(s) or draw a picture in your entry.
You are required to start a new page for each new entry.
Entries should be based on your life experience instead of making it up.
Tips:
o Do not procrastinate. Start writing when the experience or memory is still vivid.
o Use past tense.
