Both parties recognize that the reason of this agreement is to end any dispute of
a legal nature regarding custody, guardianship, custody, food, fellowship and
generally any rights and obligations derived from the parent-child and maternal
filial relationship between the Michael Sheldon Stoker and his parents Silvia
Elena Beristain Najera and Jonathan Quinn Stoker.
The parties state that they understand that the main reason of this agreement is
to guard the interests of the child, so they agree to be bound by the following:
CLAUSES
FIRST Both parties agree to retain custody, child custody Michael Sheldon
Stoker.
SECOND Both parties agree that the permanent custody of the child to continue
in charge of Silvia Elena Beristain Njera, in the current business address which

THIRD The school summer holidays, winter and Easter will be divided equally
between both parents, as follows: During 2015, the first half of the holiday
correspond to the father and the mother second half. For the subsequent year,

FOURTH At least once a month, the child will be allowed to be at his father's side
