Hand Saves Paddle Work

Gk should be in ready position as explained previously

As the ball comes in, Gk will use the decision making skill of being a goalkeeper to determine which glove to use (paddle or stick
side)
Once decided you will save the ball by controlling it with your gloves or stick, cushion the shot in the air and immediately bring it
down by bending the relevant elbow in the direction of the side lines

Stick Side - The same movement should be executed as paddle side. In addition the stick is angled forwards to ensure the ball doesnt
deflect into the top of the goal. Bend the elbow and angle the stick down towards the floor to bring the ball down. Ready position and
finishing position should be the same as paddle side.
