GET IN THE PRESENCE

1 Chronicles 13: 1 - 3
"LORD, give us the grace to bring back the ark of the covenant." The ark was a
physical symbol of the manifest presence of God. God chose to contain Himself
in the ark then gave it to the people.
Weherever you go you must bring the ark along with you. There came a time
when Jesus had to die at Chilvary and the veil was torn in two from top to
bottom. Now we can enter. God wants us to live with and like Him. In the
orevious order only the high priest could go behind the veil.
Without the presence of the LORD we cannot be or do anything. How will
people see that we are different? When God's presence is with us, we don't
fight our own battles. Before certain battles hit your life, being in God's
presence will reveal them. When the ark was in the wrong place, people
suffered!
Lay, walk and breathe in God's presence. Those who seek with all their hearts
will find Him. The presence of the LORD is can envelop us. The businessworld
and family need someone with the presence of God. God's presence is life that
gives direction.
Presence of God, rest on our lives. Manna - "what is this?" Living in the
presence of manna! God is not at all exhaustible. There is always more. He
needs people in the curch who will take care of His presence. There are things
that God will only do and say when you are in no hurry but you come and dwell
in his presence.
Most people spend most of their time in front of a television but God requires
those who will forsake their business just to be in His presence. Nothing else
and nothing less do we need but the presence of God. Without the presence
there is no life because life begins in the presence.

Do not simply expect to experience God's presence in a church building. You

must have an overflow of His presence first in your house, which is your body.
