*Randomly assign staff to 1 of 4 groups (secretaries will attend one of 4 deescalation trainings)
*Nurtured Heart (3-hour training in FEMA room), Trauma Effects on Learning (1
hour training in JAMS cafeteria), and De-escalation training (1 hour training
in MCHS cafeteria) secretaries should attend 1 of the 4 de-escalation trainings.
