RESPOND FAVOURABLY TO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING
SINCE THERE IS USUALLY LIMITED COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE

I NTEREST - WHY ARE THEY THERE? WHO ASKED THEM TO BE THERE?
E NVIRONMENT - WHERE WILL I STAND? CAN THEY ALL SEE & HEAR ME?
N EEDS - WHAT ARE THEIR NEEDS? WHAT ARE YOUR NEEDS AS THE SPEAKER?
C USTOMIZED - WHAT SPECIFIC NEEDS DO YOU NEED TO ADDRESS?
E XPECTATIONS - WHAT DO THEY EXPECT TO LEARN OR HEAR FROM YOU?

COMMUNICATION
IS
THE
EXCHANGE
AND
FLOW
OF
INFORMATIONAND IDEAS
FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER. IT
INVOLVES A SENDER TRANSMITTING AN IDEA, INFORMATION, OR
FEELING TO A RECEIVER.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION OCCURS ONLY IF THE RECEIVER
UNDERSTANDS THE EXACT INFORMATION OR IDEA THAT THE
SENDER INTENDED TO TRANSMIT.
THE COMMUNICATION HAS VICIOUS CYCLE WHICH CONTINUES EVEN
AFTER SENDING MESSAGE TO THE AUDIENCE. THE AUDIENCE MAY
OR GET THE SAME INTENDED MESSAGE AS THE SPEAKER INTENDED
TO SEND.

ENDS
ONLY WHEN
THEY SHARE
THEIR
UNDERSTANDINGS AND COMMENTS TO THE SPEAKER ABOUT WHAT
THEY HAVE UNDERSTOOD. THIS IS CALLED FEEDBACK.

IMPORTANCE OF FEEDBACK
FEEDBACK MAKES COMMUNICATION MEANINGFUL.
IT SUSTAIN THE COMMUNICATION PROCESS.
IT TELLS WEATHER THE COMMUNICATION IS MAKING SENSE OR NOT.
IT HELPS TO PLAN WHAT NEXT TO BE ONE OR SAY.
IT COMPLETE THE WHOLE PROCESS OF COMMUNICATION AND MAKE IT
CONTINUOUS.
COMMUNICATION WILL BE USELESS WITHOUT FEEDBACK.
IT IS BASIS FOR MEASURING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF COMMUNICATION.

FEEDBACK PAVES WAY FOR NEW IDEA GENERATION.


FEEDBACK IS INTEGRAL PART OF COMMUNICATION.
PROPER FEEDBACK HELPS TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDINGS.

DETERMINED BY ANALYZING RECEIVERS FEEDBACK.
GIVING AUDIENCE A CHANCE TO FEEDBACK IS CRUCIAL FOR MAINTAINING
AN OPEN COMMUNICATION CLIMATE.
