If the CCGT Power Plant or any portion thereof fails under

test to give the required performance, such further tests
whlcn are considered necessary by COMPANY shall be carried
out :;;y CONTRACTOR, and the whole cost of the repeated
tests shall be bor"le by CONTRACTOR, This also applies to
tests carried out at SUBCONTRACTOR's works.

vendors and Sub-Vendors

a)

The vendors approved by COMPANY in Project B (Contract No,

30621090/00) and in Project C [Contract No, 30621127/00]
will be considered approved in this CONTRACT, without the
need for COMPANY review and approval process, except those
vendors with unsatisfactory performarlce,

b)

For Steam Turbine Generator (STG), CONTRACTOR reserves

the right in Its discretion to obtain, source, subcontract,
manufacturer, fabricate and assemble materials or equipment
and any components and systems from non-domestic
concern; it being understood that the quality standards and
warranties of the CONTRACTOR's proposed manufacturer
under the CONTRACT shall be adhered to in all cases
irrespective of source and all sourcing shall be consistent with
all applicable laws and regulations, subject to the following
conditions:

Sub-vendors can be accepted by COMPANY provided

that those suppliers are proven, qualified and used
frequently by the STG vendor. The proposed suppliers
should have adequate experience in producing the
components/parts/equipment in question.

b.2

STG vendor to submit a draft Inspection Test Plan (ITP)

for all major components Including the steam turbine
and generator within three (3) months after award of
contract.

b.3

STG vendor to confirm that all the material selection

and design is as per the original steam turbine design
requirements.

STG vendor to confirm that QA/QC standards & controls

Imposed by sub-vendors are similar/equivalent to STG
vendor standards,

STG Vendor should confirm compliance with the

warranty requirements and latent defect warranty
requirements as stipulated in Paragraph 18, Warranties
and Remedy of Defec:s, of this Schedule "A".

The provisions of this sub-paragraph 40,2.6.b shall also apply

to the other major equipment,

The "Consortium" as the CONTRACTOR

.In the case of a Consortium as the CONTRACTOR, as mentioned in

Paragraph 1.9 of this Schedule "A":
