3) The car is no longer moving, and the slope is zero, but the car
stopped at the measure of 13 cm.
The slope of the graph is:
y 2 y 1
x 2x 1 =
1313
42 =

2 =0
The speed of the car is 0 because the slope is zero, and the car
is not actually moving.

Pollution is the most concerned aspect of problems that
vehicles face. Cars make one third of the U.S pollution. When
produced from cars, it goes out into the air that we, humans
breathe, going straight into our lungs and causing damage. 4Poor air
quality increases the chances of asthma, bronchitis, or more serious
terms like cancer. More than 30000 deaths appear because of this
cause. Carbon dioxide also leads to Global Warning that affects
animals and us. It reaches the animals in a different form too. It

could enter in water and soil, which changes the food chain and
harms the animals.5 Many have tried to solve these problems like
reducing the amount of car usage, and substituting another element
other than fossil fuels to move cars like technology.
force on the ball which is the reason why it bounces. The opposite
reaction is when it bounces back at the opposite way with the same
amount of force applied originally.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Our group would like to thank our science teacher, Ms. Meha,
Miss. Sara Yozzo for giving us this amazing idea, and Miss. Katie for
providing us with materials from art class. We would also like to
thank our classmates along with our school which provided us with
this lovely building which we are working in.
