NOTICE
All the students of Institute of Technology (All progmms) know that the validity of
the cheques is of three months, hence, the encashment of the cheque issued is
required to be done promptly.
It has been observed that when we issue the cheque to the students concemed for
refund of due amount including deposits refund, in some casesthe cheques are not
encashed in time and as a result of that the re-writing of cheques and lots of
administrative hasslesare required to be done. To avoid this kind of situation and to
facirtate you to get your dues prompdy, it is better to have the account No. of the
studentson our tecord.
Therefore, you are hereby informed to submit yout Bank Account No. (of any bank,
any branch). If you do not have your Bank Account No. independently, then you can
give the Bank Account No. of your parents and give the authority so that we can
releasethe tefund to the account of yout parents.
Sameis required to be given to the Accounts section by the Institutions so that they
can releasethe dues to your account by RTGC ot through Electronic ttansfer.
Studentsare required submit a cancelledcheque as a proof (mention Name, Roll No.
on the reverse side of cheque) and to fill-.rp the details with your signature in the
format availablewith concemed Office Assistant of your respective Departrnent on
orbefore 2812/2074.
