HSE POLICY

1. Practice best standards of safety, health, welfare and environment in accordance

with the requirements of Directorate of Mines Safety (OMR 1984) and other relevant
statutory provisions as well as approved codes of practices.
2. Maintain safe and healthy work places, safe systems and methods of work and
ensure safe operations of all industrial plants and equipment to protect company
personnel, contractor personnel and other public from work hazards at SELANs
work centres.
3. Equip company personnel with information, instructions, training and supervision
needed for safe, quality and productive work and develop safety awareness.
4. Make staff aware of their individual responsibility to take all care of health and
safety of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts and omissions at
work place.
5. Protect the environment, prevent pollution, conserve natural resources and
comply all environmental laws during oil and gas operations.
6. Pursue HSE policy through company strategies and action plans through
management commitment and through individual contribution of all employees and
contractor supported by education and training.
7. All company personnel shall be alert, equipped and ready to respond to all
emergencies and avoid accidents.
