Objectives:
TSW: Ability to identify the Climate Regions of the United States and explain of why the
occur
TSW: Ability to appropriately find information on a web browsing activity and formulate it
unto a separate Microsoft Word Document
TTW: Ability to present a Power Point, and be family with the information and concepts
presented.
Procedures:

TTW: Show students the web browsing activity template and demonstrate how to look
up the research they will need to answer the questions provided.
Time needed: 45 minutes for 3 class periods
Materials needed:
One computer per student
Access to Internet, Microsoft Word and Power Point
Accommodations: If students find difficulty operating basic computer processes, I will
let them either work in groups or individually assist them throughout the process.
