I did not like the peer grading. If you continue to use that, please look over the assignment yourself to see if the grade given was accurate.

For the most part, Dr. Hartman explained certain concepts, but there were times that he was vague.

Dr.Totten is a great teacher, who always went above and beyond to help her students. The

Dr. Hartman is a very good teacher! Loved having him as a professor!

I appreciated the service learning and professional profile projects. I would suggest that a little more explanation concerning the expectations of the reflection papers.

7 The professor thoughtfully answered questions raised by students.

I appreciate all the analogies Dr. Hartman is able to make to ensure I understand a real-world application
9 The assignments contributed meaningfully to my understanding of the subject matter.
Could have been more assignments throughout the semester
10 Exams and other assessments concentrated on the important aspects of the class.
I enjoyed the oral examinations

The test were ridiculously hard and it was unnecessary how the test were given by oral
12 The professor's teaching methods were effective.
Did not barely taught the material
13 The course was:
This class was one of the hardest classes I have taken for no apparent reason and it was the worst class I have taken during my whole time at college
14 Regular class participation was necessary for understanding course material.
We had to teach ourselves outside of class
15 The text used in this course was:
Textbook was equal with class powerpoint. Both were extremely necessary
16 Technology associated with class instruction enhanced the learning process.
The powerpoint was beneficial
17 Examinations / Quizzes / Other Assessments were administered with appropriate frequency.
Could have been more quizzes as check points between exams

I don't agree with the oral exams strictly from the viewpoint that I could know 14/15 of the questions, and have to answer the 1 I don't know, and get a bad grade. It's
also graded subjectively depending on Dr. Hartman and not an exact answer. There also weren't many assignments in this class. I don't think the daybooks were helpful
and there could have been other assignments.

Again we would spend 20 minutes in class covering 6 chapters then have an exam on those 6 chapters that had 40 questions

Only in regards to passing the exams

I don't think the textbook/exams in this class were necessary.
I think the main focus of this class was our research proposal so I think we should be taught how to write
one in class, and not the names of statistics.
I also think more of this class should be preparing for our internship.
The career development portion of this class was great.
It was the best and most practical portion of it.

The structure to this class needs to be re-done and needs to focus more on all the aspects that are required in the paper. Also, there needs to be more help on what all is
needed and how to do it for the internship during the summer. I had to figure a lot out and go to other people to get help

I am very thankful that I can finish my undergrad career saying I have already written a thesis. I hope to be able to conduct the study fully in the future.
