The following news shows some of the beaches that were not adaptable or were
contaminated in June 3 2015. It specify which beaches were on yellow flag
meaning that it was contaminated and should not be good for people. Around 10
beaches were contaminated.

In this newspaper article of primera hora, DR. Hctor Pesquera Sevillano say that
the island has being a rats experiments in laboratory to the U.S. One of the
experiments that he said it has being confirm that the island was used was the
orange agent, people said that the substance was thrown in the Central of Puerto
Rico contaminating mountains of El Yunque and Toro Verde.

In the first paragraph of the article it says Additional terms of the agreement
provide a 30-year lease of the landfill at no cost to The Venture Company, which
had previously secured long-term municipal solid waste ("MSW") contracts to
supply 500 tons of MSW per day to the Yabucoa landfill from 4 Puerto
Rico municipalities. When completed the estimated $100 million project will have
a projected capacity to process at least 1,000 tons of MSW per day. The estimated
output of the recycle and recovery operations include an estimated 200 tons per
day of recyclematerials (recovered metals, plastics, quality paper and cardboard
that can be reused for new product manufacturing) 350 barrels of sweet crude oil
equivalent and up to 15 Megawatts of electrical power output. This first
paragraph specify and resumes well how Green Energy Renewable solutions, Inc
is helping and transforming trash into renewable energy.

the environment. In this case it talks principally about Vieques. It shows the
many dangerous consequences that the environment has taken and the civilization

Here it presents the garbage crisis that Puerto Rico have during many years. The
major problem presented is that Puerto Rico has not taken action about it and

affecting them. In the article it explains that plastic is the most contaminant object
with a margin of 60%. Also it explains that there is a place called Pacific Trash
where pacific trash gathers.
