Please accept this letter as notice of my resignation from my position as staff nurse. My last day of
employment will be on July 3, 2016.
I would like to widen my horizon and develop new skills in the health care profession but in the different
field. I am resigning to be able to join the hemodialysis training that you are offering here in your
institution. I may not be able to do my duties as a staff nurse proficiently while on hemodialysis training
if Im still employed and I clearly understood the protocol of the institution.
It has been a pleasure working with you and your team over the last two years. The institution has helped
me a lot not only with the acquired knowledge and skills that I gained, but as well as lending your hands
during the trying event that had happened to my family, and I will be forever grateful to you for
everything.
Thank you for all of the opportunities of professional and personal development presented to me during
my time here. Ive enjoyed working for you, and appreciate the support provided to me during my time at
the institution. If there is anything I can do to help with the transition, please do let me know.
