To give you a flavour and load you up with the basics of an MBA, we, the induction team for
admissions 2016 in collaboration with various club at SJMSOM, have prepared this induction
assignment. This is a very crucial document and each part of it is intended to teach you the essentials
of an MBA program. A lot of hard work has been put by your senior batch with the help of faculty
members to decide upon what all should be included in this assignment. Therefore, we request as
well as suggest you to take this document and each task very seriously and at the same time
recommend you not to stop at the boundaries of this document. Please keep exploring around the
topics and concepts required to complete this document.
Also, the responses to each task will be evaluated by a designated club/team for each individual
based on the evaluation criteria given along the respective task and this will play an important part in
your consideration for various teams and clubs at SJMSOM.
