Apa-style: I found a something in Chapter 2 the rest I though was good but there
is written 2.4.1 you can only write that if you have first 2.4 also with the other
one you can only write 2.5.1 down if you already have written down 2.5.

The preface
Its a bit slimy. :P

The summary
Specialized in selling high end itlaian means-wear is incorrect it has to be menwear but dressing Dutchs men up in Latin fashion is they vision. They never
suggest they specialization is in selling high-end Italian menswear but mens suit.
They are specialize in giving advice to men for what to wear suits.

Chapter 1 The branch

1.1 Customer and suppliers
The suppliers are in Italy and China. One of them in Italy is the Italian weaver
Fratelli Tallia di Delfine wo is stiching the fabrics by hand. It is possible to stitch
fabrics by han?. It should be weaving and if I look into their website they are also
specialize in cashmere so they really specialize in knit-wear and finishing
suits/garments.
The phrase they could be in China indicate a little bit of confusion is
Beddinghouses sourcing department now in China or not and what indicate their
sourcing department would be in China? Which isnt explained.

Beddinghouse
Bedding house organizational structureIt has 5 departments are the, beating
heart of the company but if I read it I count 7. Thus, which department are then
now the the main keys build-up of Beddinghouse?
The business is only B2B(business to business). It a pity this concept of business
coporation is not being explained I dont what B2B is. And the examples
bluebellgray and Riviera Maison are an example of internatiolization because
the one has a talented Scottish designer and the other is successful in only

Germany. It doesnt explain very well how they come to the statement of how
Beddinghouse tries to get international.

2.2. Organizational structure

Beddinghouse, A number of people dont care about the quality and design
much, only price. Firstly what is about the price has it to be low or high? The
sentence structure can be interpretate in a lot of ways. Here would be a very
opportunity to explain sustainability. How does pricing/demand relate to
sustainability which didnt happen. Secondly New needs for the new creative
product have good market, again what with the market? Good market
oppptunity they mean? How do they come at this statement?

2.4.1 Sustainability
OGER, the whole story is clear. Thus, Oger has the NEN-EN-ISO standards 9001
(quality management) and 14001 (environmental management)since May 30,
2013 Oger Corporate Fashion Statements certified to these two ISO
standards(missing source?). Thus, only the Corporate Fashion Statement of Oger
have these two sustainable standards and whats up with the other brands they
held into their stores? Where is the conclusion? In contrast with the beddinghouse
topic which has a good conclusion.

The role of a F&FTT student

The only two remarks I have on this: I want to know more details about Mrs.
Zommers she said you go through many department within a textile-corporation,
but where did she start?
And I doubt about what they write about Ogers approach on hiring employees .
They also need people who already have experience. And if one important
function is needed directly they also going to hire people for special this kind of
function and dont put that person only as a floor assistant.
