DEFINING OBJECTIVES

To give to all students of grades 8, 9, 10 and 11 the opportunity to show their

capacities about sports like Volleyball, Basketball and Soccer, and to make a list of
the possible members of the different sport teams of the school have a select and
competitive teams of Volleyball, Basketball and Soccer to compete against others
schools teams.

DETERMINING CURRENT STATUS

Some students of the school belongs to sport centres, some of them have a low
level about these sports, but some have a high level, there isnt a team of these
sports in the school that can participate in any school competition.

DETERMINING PLANNING PREMISSES

Every single student of these grades has the opportunity to participate in the
selection proofs. These students must be around 12 to 16 years old to join in any

team, but the select team must be very good about academic level, also the select
team must participate in several school competitions.

IDENTIFIYING ALTERNTIVES
To have a timetable to accomplish all selecting stages and set out everything that
the activities need, like stuff and sport equipment, also to have a teachers with
special knowledge about the different sports and have all the sport grounds
perfectly ready for the practices.

CHOOSING AN ALTERNATIVE
First staff and the teachers must

be ready to follow the rules setting by the

manager of the project and the manager has to be able to include others sports in
the planning set in order to have a better control of the students request.

FORMULATING SUPPORT PLANS

All the staff and students have to be well informed about the objectives and rules
for the selection teams, the logistic staff and the special teachers have to set up all
the implements for each sport and the timetable must be known by all students
who will participate in the selection team, and the manager must select staff and
teachers for each sport and give them the instructions.
IMPLEMENTING THE PLAN
Follow the timetable to select the students in a correct order and have the
premises clear about the selection, and set the teams to play games with others
schools in order to win the most possible games against others institutions and so
to have the best tea in each sport.
