I attended the North Yorkshire

Keyring Forum
The reason was to find out
what people with learning
disabilities and family; carers
knew about Transforming
Care?

We created an online
questionnaire and an easy
read questionnaire.

The questionnaires looked

at the information sent
out by Inclusion North
They asked questions on
each of the five areas:

Good Information
Local People
Working Together
Good Care in Hospital

Keeping People Safe.

Transforming care
I attended the Yorkshire and
Humber Regional forum to talk
about Transforming Care.
I also attended the North Yorkshire
Keyring Forum to ask people what
they knew about the Transforming
Care Programme.
At the North Yorkshire Keyring
forum all of the members had heard
about Transforming Care, they had
just had a presentation about it
before we arrived.
