Student Feedback on Project-Based

Learning
Please answer ALL of the following questions honestly. Your responses will help inform my
instruction for next year.
Thank you! -Ms. Monte
Units:
Statistical Analysis (Students wrote surveys, collected data and analyzed the results by calculating
the mean, median, mode and standard deviation)
Systems of Equations (Student completed practice problems by solving system of equations by
graphing, substituting or eliminating)
Exponential Functions (Students practiced simplifying exponential expressions by using exponent
properties. Students practiced calculating simple and compound interest)
Quadratic Functions (Students built a catapult in order to launch a projectile in a parabolic arc.
Students created an equation for their parabolic arc by inputing an image into Geogebra, a computer
software. Students analyzed their equations and graphed the quadratic equation on a coordinate
plane)
