Thank you for your recent email. The contents have been reviewed by the Ombudsman Dr
Richard Sills. He has responded to your request to have all areas of complaint investigated
individually, with the information below:-
I consider Mr Ribsskog’s complaints are more appropriately and efficiently handled under one
investigation, as it avoids multiple-handling and, potentially, several investigators going over
similar ground. Moreover, we have had many of these kinds of complaints from customers of all
major suppliers and, almost without exception, we deal with them under a single complaint and
Report. Broadly, all of the complaints are, in some way, connected and it would be an inefficient
use of resources to split them up.
If you would like us to begin to investigate your complaint then please return the signed
complaint form.
If you are unhappy with our decision to conduct just one investigation and wish to complain
about our service then please put your complaint in writing to our Chief Operating Officer.
