COMPLAINT ABOUT E.ON

After carefully reading through your correspondence I can see that you have issues surrounding
the payment plan with E.ON and also the telephone call you received a week early.

These issues fall outside of our remit due to them being classed as commercial decisions. This
means that we are not able to deal with your complaint.
