seeking information on the points stated therein. The desired information as to
question No. 3 & 7 are as under:~
1. As per record there is no Rule/Ordinance/Regulation explicitly prohibiting making,
of video elip of Hall without permission of the Provost.
2. ‘That if any students brings any outsider in the premises of Hall that prima facie
amount to causing or colluding in the unauthorized entry in the Hall of residence and
ithin the meaning of Rule 4 (VIII) of Students Discipline and Conduct Rule 1985
Hence said provision may be invoked against the erring student. However a student
may be exempted from application of said rule, if any outsider has been brought
inside premises of the Hall with the permission of Provost.
