    Hi there, My name is Jose and i was one of the 2700 people that recieved a letter. I am a nonviolent marijuana offender, sentenced to 1 year 1 day in prison for my crime. As soon as i was released from cdcr, i went back to Mexico. I commit no new crime and i live my life well (only keeping what is good for my family in mind) My family in california recieved this letter and emailed it to me! As you can see on this original letter sent to my folks, that i scribbled notes when i actually called the number and talked with "mr. malayka" personally! He told me that if i couldnt make it to this one, that there would be another amnesty program just like this one, in L.A sometime in July.... Needless to say, i smelled something fishy.... look at this letter youself, see the state stamp? Just to know this was an old bait and switch just to get me.... Jose, who's only crime is went back to homeland after horrible incarceration all because i didnt goto drug classes 4 different times and violated my probation 4 times... BAM, 1 year in prison.... CDCR really have this much money to go after me? As per program director they went for "worst of worst" ... I LEFT YOUR COUNTRY YEARS AGO, NO NEW CRIME... AM I REALLY WORSE OF WORSE? You Decide... Then you decide if all the people that responded to this letter should have be thrown in prison again, or should every one of them be released.... they were trying to clear up problem, not create new problem! GOTO HELL CDCR! Dont send people a letter saying "due to overcrowding" I am eligible for amnesty..... Just to arrest me.... SIC
