The HR sub-system analysis is been carried out for my employer firm Reval Inc. Reval
operates in Investment banking space and has a small set-up in India. The HR system

Objective:
To identify and understand what performance appraisal means and then figure out
the process followed in Reval. Finally do the SWOT analysis of the same.
