    Make sure the following periods are open in your system.


    INV - Accounting close cycle / Inventory Accounting Periods
    Make sure the Period is Open in this form.
    PO - Setup / Financials / Accounting / Control Purchasing Period
    Make sure your period is open in both Control Purchasing Periods form and Open a
    nd Close Periods form.
    GL - Setup / Financials / Accounting / Open and Close periods
    Make sure the Period is Open in this form.
