3 YEAR VISION
I am excited to share with you the vision that God has given me for the
growth of this department over the next three years. I am confident that with
unity and dedication the youth of this great organization can reach higher heights
and deeper depths in our savior, Jesus Christ as we strive to be the soldiers He is
calling for in this generation.

2010 – 2011 – RECONNECT AND REBUILD RELATIONSHIPS

The International A.B.Y.P.U. will reconnect and rebuild relationships with our
global, diocesan, and local A.B.Y.P.U. presidents in order to maintain effective,
efficient, and consistent communication across the Unions.

2011-2012 – LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

The International A.B.Y.P.U. will bring laser-like focus to the development of our
leaders using various avenues to deliver this training.

2012-2013 – SUSTAINED GROWTH AND TRANSITIONAL PREPARATION

The International A.B.Y.P.U. will continue engaging its youth using various avenues
of reach to do so, while preparing for the next elections. It is important that the
next elected staff have a smooth transition to lead us in the following years of the
International A.B.Y.P.U.
INTERNATIONAL A.B.Y.P.U. CORE VALUES

The International A.B.Y.P.U. will ensure that in all we implement and accomplish throughout the three year vision, we will abide by
the following core values:
C – Communication that is effective, efficient, and consistent is vital to the success of any organization.
A – Accountability ensures that all parties involved in everything we do are held accountable for their behaviors.
R – Relevance is important to keep the engagement of our leaders and youth across the globe. Everything we do has to
make sense and be applicable at all times.
E – Education will build knowledge and understanding in every realm of our efforts, which in turn will empower our leaders
and youth globally!

Please unite with us in prayer and support as we work to bridge the gap between C.O.O.L.J.C. youth and youth leaders and build a
future of effective and anointed leadership for the body of Christ.
