Detective Cole wrapped in a plastic baggie. Detective Cole gave Exhibit One
to Inventory Officer Oet. Dascoulias who placed it in a Warren P.D.-
evidence bag. Exhibit One was given to TFA Crissman who conducted a field
test which resulted in a positive reaction for the presence of cocaine. TFA
Crissman placed the exhibit in a DEA HSEE (see DEA 7) as witnessed by TFA
Gambill. Exhibit One was placed in the DEA Evidence Vault until mailed to
the North Central Lab via FedEx~ Exhibit Two is approximately 4.5 ounces of
crack cocaine which was discovered in the basement in a ceiling panel.
Exhibit Two was discovered by Lt. Vugrincic who gave Exhibit Two to Det.
Dascoulias who placed the Exhibit in a Warren Police Evidence Bag. TFA
Crissman. was given the evidence bag and conducted a field test on the
cocaine which produced a positive result. TFA Crissman placed the evidence
bag and the cocaine within a DEA HSEE bag as witnessed by TFA Gambill.
Exhibit Two was placed in the DEA Evidence Vault until sent to the North
Central Laboratory via FedEx. (See DEA 7)

NON-DRUG EYIDENCE:

Exhibit N-l is a .38 S/W caliber revolver manufactured by Harrinqton and


Richardson. Exhibit N-l discovered by Detective Coleman under BELL's bed,
loaded with five live rounds. Exhibit No.1 was given to Det. Dascoulias
who placed the weapon in a W.P.D. evidence bag. Det. Dascoulias gave the
weapon to TFA Crissman who placed N-l in a DEA HSEE and maintained custody
until given to the Non-Drug Evidence custodian as noted on the DEA 7A.
