Baseball Strength and Conditioning

Summer is ending and school is here. If you are a high school baseball player now is the time to start your off-season strength and conditioning. Beginning Monday Sept. 20th at Athletes Edge. Get stronger. Improve performance. Reduce injury.
Train 2 x per week on non-consecutive days. Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri at 3:30 p.m. No more than 5 athletes per group. Call today and reserve a spot. Cost: $20 / 1 hr. session
