DEXTERITY TEST

 This test aims at measuring the quickness and efficiency


with which a candidate uses his hands and fingures.

 Its three types are


i.Complete Minnesota Dexterity Test
ii.Minnesota Manual Dexterity Test
iii.Hand Tool Dexterity Test
HAND TOOL DEXTERITY TEST
 This test measures proficiency in using ordinary
mechanic’s tools. The test consists of tools and .two
uprights with bolts
ACHIEVEMENT TEST OR TRADE TEST
 An achievement test is a test of developed skill or
knowledge.

 The most common type of achievement test is a


standardized test developed to measure skills and
knowledge learned.
APTITUDE TESTS
PERSONALITY TEST
 Aims to describe aspects of a person's
character

TYPES OF PERSONALITY TESTS

 Common personality test

 Projective tests-TAT and Ink Blots


INTELLIGENCE TEST

A standardized series of problems intended to test


the relative intelligence of an individual.

VOCATIONAL TEST
 It is also known as interest test.

 It is used to measure a candidate interest in a particular


kind of work.

 It tries to find out candidate’s most suitable vocation.
