In doing this proposal, we gained data from primary sources which is refers to information
obtained firsthand by the researcher on the variables of interest for specific purpose of the study.
For our proposal we had data from an individual which is a single respondent like employees
who hold visa credit card.

The data can be collected in variety of ways, in different settings and from different sources. We
had use an interview and questionnaires to collect the data. Our interview was a structured
interview because we have a list of predetermined questions to ask the respondents. Since we
lack of time,so the interview was held by telephone where as we have called the banks officer to
do the interviews. It is conducted when we are need the information about the customer risk on a
default payment toward the bank and its will help to elicit certain thoughts and ideas.

Another ways is by distributes the questionnaires to customer who hold a visa credit card.
Questionnaires here refers to a preformulated written set of questions to which respondents
record their answers and we had use it to know what information is required . We also used
personally administered questionnaires to distributes the questionnaires because it’s can collect
all completed responses within short period of time , less expensive and more time safely.

The questionnaires was develop to know what is the most factors contribute to customers risk on
a default payment . Whether demographic ,geographic ,psychographic or behavioral variable had
the most impact on customer risk.
