APPRAISAL
AVENDUS :
Objective: To encourage cross team efforts
To establish Normalization in working standards
To develop the overall personality of the employee
Depends upon: How the Company has performed
How well the teams has performed
How well have you performed
The Process :
• Stage 1 Employee fills Self Appraisal Form.
The aim to find the KRAs of employee and rate these KRAs via
various parameters through a five rating scale.
• He also needs to justify his ratings with illustrations about the
same
• Stage 2 The Team Leader or the Executive Director fills the Appraisal
Form giving his ratings about the employee and illustrations about
the same.
The amount of the Benefit depends upon the Team Leader’s P&L
Account and the Company’s P&L Account.
