• Submission of half yearly unaudited results.
• Prohibition from buying securities.
• SEBI can cancel the authorisation in case of violation of the
guidelines.
• Appointment of ‘Compliance Officer’.
• Right to send inspecting authority.
• Regular inspection by SEBI.
• Fee collection.
