From the APQP I came to know about the work procedures and techniques
that help in the development of a product.

Cycle time study : After performing this activity I learn to utilize the best
possible resource for a particular project an as to how :

a. Increase the productivity

b. Minimizing the cost of production

c. Find the exact number of workers

d. Sequence of operation to be performed

e. To achieve the objective of line balancing (YAMAZUMI)

JIG CONCEPT DESIGN OF WHEEL HOUSING MODEL-N

Understand the 3D cad drawing tool “Unigraphics”.

Study of 3D cad drawings provided by MSIL.

Compare the cad data with drawings to avoid any discrepancy.

Understand the datum positions & tool travel

Taking Design standards as reference made a cad design of the jig.

Finally simulating the jig design in DMU kinematics.
