 PREFACE

The essential requirement for the completion of business administration studies

(MBA), is to take two month internship training in National/international organization
and to write a report on it. The purpose of this training is to aware the student with
practical knowledge of working in the organization. The department directed me to
“PAKISTAN TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY LIMITED”.
I tried my best to present all of my findings in this Report, while visiting various
departments of PTCL and gained practically too much knowledge of telecom sector. It
was realized that, there is great difference between theory and practice. At the end I
expect that this report will help the reader to understand the various
problems/suggestions, methods and procedures that are in Practice in “PAKISTAN
TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY LIMITED”
