Wear appropriate PPE's.

1. Materials / Process - wear appropriate PPE's during receiving of materials. - gloves, mask, safety shoes, apron, etc.
- prepare necessary checking tools in receiving materials. - weighing scale, and other necessary tools
- all incoming materials are subject for QC inspection before storage.
2. Safety A. Environmental quality confirmation:
1. The molding material must be checked during receiving inspection.
1.1 Check the necessary documents before receiving each mat'l. Cert. of Non-Use / ICP Data / MSDS
1.2 Those material subject for testing for non-containment of
hazardous substance must be stored in "Material waiting Mask and eye protection Safety shoes
for testing result storage area". (illustration C)
1.2.1 For those material with OK result, ensure proper labeling
and stamping ("environmental passed") before locating

it into designated area.

Apron and gloves
1.2.2 For those material contaminated w/ banned substances
must be immediately stored in Environmental NG Room
with proper labeling and stamping, then wait for further
instruction from the authorized person. (illustration B)
Note : Always observe proper segregation, identification,
handling, and storage of materials.
2. Ensure proper handling of chemicals to avoid spillage which will
contaminate the environment, and hazardous to health.
2.1 Use saw dust or rug to contain spillage (if any). saw dust, rug
2.2 Wear appropriate PPE's in handling & transferring of chemicals gloves, mask, eye protection
especially transfering to another container (refilling).
Note : Dispose contaminated rug or saw dust properly.
Refer to Waste Segregation Guidelines.
3. Avoid smoking & using of cellphone inside the working area.
(esp. near or in the area of chemical storage to avoid explosion
and fire).
4. Only authorized personnel are allowed to use the lifter. safety shoes
* Forklift must pass the emission test for the safety of environment
and the employees.
