    INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

    Mechanical Inspection Requirement

    The Contractor is required to prepare a detailed quality assurance plan in the


    specific format and submit within 4 weeks on award of the contract, to the Owner
    for review and approval. Some of the equipments / systems to which quality
    plans are to be prepared and submitted are as referred below. However, the
    Contractor to include all equipment / systems which are applicable to this project

    1. HP drum, LP drum, suspension rod


    2. HRSG modules
    3. Headers
    4. Steam generator structure (columns, girders, built-up beams)
    5. Heat exchangers
    6. Boiler feed pump
    7. Centrifugal pump
    8. Dosing pump
    9. Positive displacement pumps
    10. Gate, globe, regulating, check valves
    11. Ball, diaphragm and plug valves
    12. Control valves, pneumatic block valves, pressure reducing valves
    13. Butterfly valves
    14. Safety and safety relief valves
    15. Automatic recirculation valves
