Excise Tax: There is a tax of $1.15 per pack on cigarettes, as of March 1, 2009. All other
tobacco products are taxed 68% of the manufacturer’s list price.10
• Smoking restrictions are required in all restaurants, bars, and private workplaces.
• Establishments are required to post signs stating that sales to minors are prohibited.
